Description of the missions entrusted to the intern
The intern will help automate and streamline internal administrative workflows. The position comprises two primary responsibilities:
  • develop and adapt a generalized Python script, building on an existing foundation rather than creating it from scratch;
  • automatically generate employee–project–year allocation structures across all projects, all employees, and all relevant years.
Research on digital signature tools
  • produce a concise comparative analysis of digital signature solutions such as Adobe Sign, DocuSign, and comparable platforms;
  • assess how these tools could simplify and accelerate the signing of monthly timesheets and other administrative documents.

MobiLysis is a Swiss EPFL spin-off that delivers end-to-end mobility monitoring and analytics services to help cities and stakeholders better understand, manage, and improve urban transportation systems. It collects large-scale traffic data using drone-based surveys and transforms this footage into actionable insights through privacy-friendly computer-vision and mobility-analytics methods.
