Who are we ?
HEC Espace Entreprise (HEE) is a student association founded in 1987 at HEC Lausanne. Entirely run by bachelor’s and master’s students, its mission is to build bridges between the university and the professional world.
Driven by the energy and ideas of its members, HEE organizes projects that give students hands-on experiences and a first real contact with the business world.
Our Start-up Connect project
Start-up Connect is a project of the HEE Entrepreneurship Department. Its goal is to create a networking platform between:
- Romandy start-ups, looking for young, motivated, and versatile profiles
- HEC Lausanne students, seeking a first professional experience that is both stimulating and formative

Strategis Award
Since 1993, HEE has been awarding the Strategis Prize, which every year recognizes the best Swiss start-up with CHF 50,000 in funding as well as significant media exposure and strategic support. For many young companies, it has become a true springboard.

The course “Start-up Launch and Development” is an exceptional opportunity that allows students to discover the inner workings of an innovative and promising young start-up. Not only will they gain knowledge about new technologies and entrepreneurship, but they will also have the chance to experience their first consulting assignment.

Global Entrepreneurship Week @ UNIL
Until last year, HEE was leading the organization of the GEW on the Lausanne campus. This international week-long event aimed to spark students’ interest in entrepreneurship and give them a first real contact with this dynamic field.
