Description of the missions entrusted to the intern
The intern’s mission is to support the CEO and fundraising advisor across the full pre-seed fundraising pipeline, from investor identification to campaign logistics and documentation updates.
Key responsibilities include:
- assisting with the equity crowdfunding campaign;
- preparing materials;
- coordinating planning and communication milestones;
- supporting community-building and engagement tracking;
- supporting lead investor prospecting and follow-up;
- conducting research, outreach, and CRM updates;
- organising calls;
- contributing to fundraising documentation, including the pitch deck, one-pager, financial materials, and due diligence materials;
- conducting concise market and investor analyses to inform strategic decisions.
Qualities expected of the intern
- Strong motivation for entrepreneurship, tech innovation, and early-stage fundraising
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Analytical mindset and ability to synthesise information
- Organised, autonomous, and comfortable with fast-paced environments
- Good command of Slides/PowerPoint and Excel/Sheets
Language skills required
- German: a plus
