Key responsibilities include:
Qualities expected of the intern
Language skills required
- contributing to digital content creation across major social media platforms;
- collaborating to help produce educational or inspiring materials;
- supporting marketing and growth initiatives;
- helping to implement social media strategies;
- monitoring basic analytics;
- assisting with PR activities, partnerships, and events.
Qualities expected of the intern
- Initial experience in social media, content creation, or community engagement
- A creative mindset with curiosity for video, visual storytelling, and inclusive communication
- Strong interpersonal skills and enthusiasm for working with diverse communities
- A proactive attitude, eagerness to learn, and motivation driven by social impact and innovation
Language skills required
- German: a plus
- English: excellent

About Start-Up
DiverSsity SA operates in the neurodiversity, healthtech, and edtech space and is developing My Magic Room™ as a brand dedicated to inclusive engagement. The company focuses on building a safe, positive online community for neurodiverse teenagers (12–25) and their ecosystem, including parents and professionals. Through My Magic Room™, DiverSsity aims to celebrate neurodiversity and empowerment through play, notably by collaborating with game designers, therapists, and other experts to produce educational and inspiring materials and to foster authentic, inclusive participation.
